Property very clean and handy to shops, the codes for entry gate and the room can be confusing to start with and with no reception on site you have to ring if there is a issue, which is a pain if they don’t answer

Nice size apartment with balcony. Very secure. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice lake and park across the road.

The hallway smelt like cat pee there was hair all over the bathroom which was pretty gross but over all other then that it wasn’t to bad

I left the property and stayed elsewhere! I got stuck in the shower and as it was a weekend there was no help. The bed and sheets were terrible and that was a 'superior' apartment. The apartment had a bad smell and stained carpet. They overcharged. Now I have to try and get some money back. Stay away from this place, maintenance and management issues. If there is a problem of a weekend you are on your own (expedia couldn't help or get in contact with them either). It is a security complex but the police where there my first afternoon and it didn’t feel safe with layout of units and I didn’t feel safe there. Complex needs painting as a minimum. They are not suites, more like dodgy units (even though pics look great).

Room and location was really nice but the beds were so uncomfortable we had a terrible sleep, and we tried both beds but the sides of the beds made you feel like you were going to fall off! Wouldn’t recommend more than a day or so sleeping on those beds :(

The rooms would be great because they are very big, spacious and light, white, nice looking and have everything you need. Unfortunately the bad cleaning ruined all of that for me. There were pee spots on all blankets and pillows and the beds smelled really bad. The white towels were dirty as well and had dark spots on them. On one towel I found a black hair and it wasn’t mine because I don’t have black hair. I’m worried that both the towels and the bedsheets weren’t washed and just reused after the last guests and just put back into shape. The coffee table was very dirty. The extra toilet paper had dirt on the sides. Also some construction workers and visitors of other guests always parked their cars right behind ours where it’s legally forbidden to park which was very annoying and made it harder for us to drive in and out. If there would have been another car parking next to us, we wouldn’t have been able to drive in and out anymore. There is a park and a playground for kids right nearby. Unfortunately it’s very dirty because there are a lot of birds. There was bird poop all over the park and even dead birds on the ground.
