Service was terrible from arrival to check out. Booked room for 3 to include a roll away bed, bed was not in room for arrival. Went to reception to ask again for bed and a hour off back and forward I finally received the bed at the room. On arrival to hotel later realised bed was delivered without a blanket so slept cold all night.
Price does not match quality at all. Would not recommend.

Our bathroom could have been cleaner and some of the fixtures need to be updated. It could be amazing with a few little updates and a touch extra cleaning.

This is a unique property with beautiful views of the swan River. The room was very clean and quiet modern. My only issue was the scan menu for room service wasnt working so we were unable to order any room service. Also the corridor door leading outside kept getting slammed shut early hours of the morning by other guests which kept waking us up.

Property has high end fixtures and fittings and presented well - extremely clean, however there is no drinking water in the rooms and no ironing board for the iron provided. If you’re a late check-in and require water or beverages you will need to arrange in advance. Room doors are also extremely heavy, they slam shut and can be heard through the night from neighbouring rooms when you are sleeping.

I'm very happy with the staff and my room had a meal at the restaurant service was excellent I ordered garlic bread ✔️ pork belly bites ✔️
Beer battered fish ❌ I was so looking forward to the fish and chips the fish was full of bones so disappointed for what it cost me

Never Never Ever again
