Liked the position of the property. I liked the swimming pool, though I didn't get to use it. Facilities were good. Helpful staff.
Didn't like the smells in the apartment nor in the corridors. They did help with the room smell very quickly. The room was very noisy, I didn't know what it was. Air conditioning or something, though it wasn't switched on I believe.
Great value for money though and I would book again.

Convenient location. This is a mixed use property with some apartments owned and lived in and others being part of the apartment hotel. Our apartment was tired and in need of a facelift, however the servicing was good and the staff were a pleasure to seal with.

This is the second time we’ve stayed. The apartment (no. 6 both times!) was clean as were towels and sheets and had everything we needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer were so useful (not something you get in UK accommodation).
Parking is a big plus and it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre shops and similar to Elizabeth Quay.
The pool was utilised by my son (thanks for changing the fake grass!!) and was clean and empty both times!
Check in was a breeze.
We’ll be back again the next time we visit Perth!
