The check in process was poor due to the total lack of interest from the reception staff. Little engagement, was not forward with information. The following morning there was no hot water at all and no one was answering maintenance calls. Check out process was not clear.

Staff communication really lets this property down, as does the shower running out of hot water each morning after roughly 5mins using it. Proximity to Rottnest ferry was brilliant though. I would choose a different property if visiting Fremantle again.

The 1st room they put us in had a broken aircon, they then told us they were fully booked so couldn’t change our room, then they told us there was another room available but it was more expensive. I said I refuse to pay more as the broken aircon is not my fault. So they allowed us the room at the original rooms price. Over all it put a dampener on the 1 night stay that was for my 50th birthday celebration. I will never stay with Mecure again

Stayed 3 nights. Went to Rottnest island and maritime museum. Place was modern and comfortable, close to lots of reataurants.

Ordinary hotel. very poor lighting in the room. Nothing much to shout about. nice sparkling white wine which was complimentary.

Good location close to ferry and train station Would have liked a balcony or windows that opened more Property is a little tired Staff are very friendly and helpful
