Hotel was walkable ti centre perth and Perth concert hall 5mins walk away ,and free parking.Girl on reception was lovely friendly. Hotel was bit tired ,but was clean

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Parking was very difficult.

It would have been nice to be informed on check in that the restaurant/ bistro was not taking bookings due to large coach party. When I tried to order a bar meal the menu was passed over and the barman said with a smile “ We are not taking any orders”. Why give me a Menu????

Staff are excellent, could not be more helpful. Cheerful and knew the area well and directed us to where we wanted to go.

our room did not get serviced in the three days we stayed there.
