I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. The walls are not well insulated so I could hear the man in the next room talking. There was no mattress protector and only a well worn polar fleece throw to use for a blanket. Cheap IKEA fake plants and pictures should have given me a clue. Won't stay there again. I have stayed in rooms costing less with better quality.

Room was nice and had everything we needed (looked newly renovated), expensive compared to the hotels in Perth CBD but so is everything around Joondalup, no parking at front of hotel so have to go in/out the back way, shame the restaurant not open but all in all would recommend.

Dirty amenities cups, utensils etc hadn’t been washed from last person. Aircon also broken and barely working, not maintained. Room itself was good.
