I believe it is a fair price but would like a shelf of some sort in the ensuite and maybe when cleaning, get rid of the spiderwebs near the air conditioner plus put in tv adjustable mounting to watch whilst in bed. Overall fair value I think, thank you

I have seen cockroach in kitchen cabinet.other than that evrything was awsome. Manager was very cooperative. easy access to City and surrounding areas.Safe place to saty with family.

With the CP being semi long term residential, you can really feel the deep undertones associated with the incredible stressors that all people living on top of each other feel for and with each other.

Outdated, needs work done to property and grounds. Rodents in ceiling cavity, Rodent poo around stove and on bench top.
Cold water tap on bathroom didn’t work (turn it on on no water comes out) dirty couch

Cabin not clean. Pool looked dirty and smelly. Rubish bins over flowing.

Hi Anne, All cabins are cleaned thoroughly after every single stay. Pool is also regularly cleaned and maintained. We have cleanaway come and empty our bins every second day. One night stay in a cabin on Christmas day, was perfect for our needs. Lock box instructions were clear and simple, cabin was clean and kids loved the pool. Great spot for exploring the Swan Valley area.
