The lady at check in was lovely! But thats where it ended.

Old and in need of freshening up air conditioner was from the 80’s, no tea towel in kitchen set up, needs a good scrub up

The natural surroundings helped make our stay relaxing. Had to eat out all the time, as we were not comfortable using the stove top. Bed was narrow but the room and en suite very spacious. All in all, a good experience.

I stayed here while waiting for my property to become available. It was convenient to the shops and buses , staff were friendly and very helpful, and loved the pool on the hot days. Even though the cabin was a bit old, it was very functional . Only draw back the toilet paper was a bit cheap, although brought my own after the first day. All in all would recommend staying here again. 😃

Overall we were pleased with our accomodation, the 2 dining chairs ( which were the only seats inside) were very uncomfortable The cars in the park driving by were a bit annoying but you get that anywhere don’t you? For the price we paid it was good value for money. We would stay again

No hot water, no gas stove and oven didn’t work electrical wires hanging down dangerously doors coming off Poor response from staff waited 3 days for hot water to be fixed still no oven Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stsy

Good afternoon Shane,I would like to clarify some of the issues you have put in your review.1) the electrical wires as you call it is actually the aerial cord that went to your TV as your aware, and you never mentioned anything about electrical wires hanging down at any point during your stay.2) Yes the first night you checked in it was discovered that the stove had stopped working so we brought up an electric cook top and convection oven within 10 minuets of you calling. As this was after business hours we didn't call our technician till the following day. The technician arrived on Monday to look at the problem but was unable to enter the room as you were not there and wouldn't give us permission to enter the room without you we had to send them home and reschedule. The company paid public holiday rates to have the technician come only to be sent away as you wouldn't allow entry to the room. The next time the technician was available to come was on Wednesday.3) You reported multiple times that the hot water wasn't working and every time a manager came up and check the hot water was working. The plumber also came and checked the hot water system on Wednesday and confirmed there was nothing wrong. We did advise you that once the hot water tap is turned on it can take up to a minute for the water to come out hot as it has to travel through the pipes to the tap.4) The sliding door does come off the runner when pushed too far or hard.5) On multiple occasions you breached park rules by leaving your minor aged child unattended in the cabin.6) You were very rude to staff when you came into reception, swearing and using profanities, accusing staff of entering the cabin when you were away and taking the convection oven. When we informed you that no one had been in your room you called us "indian givers" swore some more and slammed the sliding door in reception so hard it almost came off the runner. Despite this disgusting treatment of staff a manager still came down to see where someone has broken into your cabin. When the manager got down there you admitted that you forgot you moved the convection oven the night before and no one had broken into the room.If you would like copies of the paid invoices from the technician and plumber plus copies of the call logs and texts from yourself I am happy to supply them.Kind regards,Kingsway Tourist Park
