A great place to stay. Large room, couch, desk, great bathroom supplies, fridge, coffee supplies, nice bed, small closet with hangars. Plenty of electrical plugs. Great stay! Braums, McDonald, and local Mexican restaurant next-door. Local Mexican restaurant on other side of interstate…about half a mile. Oldest restaurant in Oklahoma two miles in Perry. One side has a quiet forest. Far enough from interstate to be quiet. Yet convenient access to interstate.

The property is nicely located, clean, spacious and well maintained. Reception staff is also very nice.

We stay just one night to rest from a long trip. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have nothing bad to say. I say it was a good stay for the price.

An older property which can use a renovation. However, the room was very spacious with amenities such as microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, desk, wifi. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We liked the room,bed was comfortable,we also like the fact that they gave us a room last minute because we had booked a room at Oyo, American inn & suites which does not even exist. What we did not like was the fact that there was no hot water and two little towels, no hot breakfast and no pool or hot tub.
