Hi Ajitesh Radhakrishnan, Pls read about your booking details. You asked more 12 hours stay without payment. This is not our hotel policy. We allocated room as per your expedia booking. Try to write an honest on reviewing to anyone because the business is totally dependent on guest reviews.
