Overall good stay, staff was friendly and helpful. The room temp can’t be controlled by AC wall unit despite of setting the temp to 55 degrees. The room couldn’t get cold until morning.

It was refreshing to rent a hotel and feel safe and the cleanliness was amazing. The staff was amazing.

Everything was great except the heating/cooling. The thermostat may need to be checked. It was incredibly hot in the room even when turning the temperature down to 60 (it was mid 20’s outside and snowing).
