We never went to this hotel
I had called to let them know We would be checking in at night
But staff was unfriendly when I called..
A girl answered the phone and she wasn’t profesional. she hanged up the phone on me a couple of times

We had a great time at this hotel, family friendly and great localization.

Beautiful place to stay, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious and all the ladies at the restaurant are very attentive at your needs, the view is fantastic, the layout of the cabin where we stayed was very private plus you have a bench in the back to enjoy the garden with the view of the mountains.

En general, la habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones. Deficiente el servicio por el precio pagado.
La caja fuerte dañada, puertas dañadas. Desayuno limitado y siempre el mismo.
Poca experiencia e interes de la manager solucionado problemas y poco interés en atención al cliente.
Excelente servicio al cliente por parte de Jorge. Excelente respuesta y solución de problemas y Aptitudes de lider.

Hola Sra. , gracias por su comentario, esto nos ayuda a crecer y fomentar aun más nuestro buen servicio.
Le recuerdo que a usted se le ofreció otra habitación para solucionar el incidente de la chapa ,y ,no se cambio, por que en ese momento no le vio problema ,solo en el momento que usted propuso por ese incidente pagarnos menos de 50% de la tarifa de la habitación para cuatro personas ya no no le gusto , y muy respetuosamente se le contesto que no se daba ese descuento por que no trabajamos a perdida, se le ofreció un descuento menor, pero usted no acepto; es recomendable también que lea muy bien lo que por el portal de Expedia group, se ofrece a los huésped, es decir el hotel NO cuenta con el servicio de caja fuerte en las habitaciones, y tampoco ofrecemos desayuno bufet.
Lo siento mucho que ha sido sujeta a una secuencia de eventos tan frustrantes, de nuevo muchas gracias por sus comentarios.

Linda vista y optimo servicio.

La piscina, sauna y todas las areas muy bien mantenidas.
