Good location on scenic shoreline. Friendly staff. Only issue was noise from other guests outside of the motel-style room we were in.

Room 102 had a sloping floor. The bathroom door would not latch closed. The window in the bathroom overlooked the front walkway. It did not have curtains on it and was missing a window pane that was supposed to have privacy glass in it. I felt like I was sleeping on an angle as the bed was higher on one side than the other due to a sloping floor. When you flushed the toilet, either the sink or the bathtub drain gurgled loudly. It sounded as if it was not vented properly. Worst hotel of our trip

We stayed at Riotel and we had a room with the Perce rock view. It was amazing. The staff is friendly and they have excellent dining area. I recommmend it.

Great location at the end of the main strip in Perce. We had dinner in the restaurant with a great view. However no elevator, so not accessible for those unable to do stairs. And no air conditioning (fan in the room to regulate temperature).

Great location to see Percé Rock. Walking distance to all the attractions as well as restaurants. Highly recommended.
