What we liked: incredibly friendly and personable staff, clean rooms as advertised, good kitchen facilities.
What we didn't like: extra guest fees for the 4th guest in a family suite that is advertised to sleep 6 is just ridiculous. The 'master' bedroom that faces the front is subject to INTENSE light pollution from the direct overhead fairy lights- the curtains are not good enough to block this out.

Thank you Vanny for your staying and your feedback regarding to the black out curtain which is the first time we got the feedback for it, we will check it out and ensure it works . This family suite can sleep 6 people maximum, it means its capacity, I feel sorry it caused your misunderstanding. I believe it is quite standard for extra guests charge, you can check other hotels / motels if you would like. Have a good summer !

This place was very clean & lots of very nice sitting areas and pool & grounds well taken care of..but mostly the property ower.was very very kind & nice.we will for sure go back

Empire Motel
An older motel, clean, gracious & friendly receptionist, appealing patio & pool which we did not use due to approaching rain, comfortable bed, reasonable cost – we would use the motel again.

We stayed for my son and his friends bike race. The woman who greeted us was so excited to hear about the boys race. And wanted us to check in after the race to let her know how they did. It was very sweet, she came out and asked the boys how they did when we arrived back at the motel. The rooms were updated and extremely clean. The fridge and freezer were a great size for all of our packed food and while our weather wasn't great the pool and court yard, (with bbqs) looked beautiful and well cared for. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, few minutes walk and you are at a beautiful beach. Good restaurants close by, owners are very attentive and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and renovated. Pool is large and heated. Great place, the love invested into it, you can feel.
