BED BUGS!!! Sketchy area with people smoking weed all around the property and pool area, door didn’t seem to lock correctly from previous damage, A/Cs didn’t work in a number of rooms, BED BUGS, dirty sheets. Went back to ask for a refund 20 minutes after checking in and they told me I had to come back to speak with the manager when they were on site, which she NEVER WAS. Said she would call me back and never did! Staff was rude about me asking for my money back and when I went to return my keys all they said was “uh huh”. Do not stay here! It’s filthy and infested!

Hello, Thank you for your review. We take guest complaints very seriously Upon investigating and checked by the appropriate individuals it was determined that NO bed bugs were in the room. It was also discovered that the AC worked perfectly, and the door opened/closed and locked as it was supposed to. We are improving our property daily and hope you give us another chance in the future to see the changes we have made.

I have never been to a hotel were majority of the things you need was Easy and convenient to the Interstate, Easy parking, staff and guest was friendly, rooms was clean, walkable to places, quiet and was able to relax without people walking all night, car horn blowing and trash cans running over with trash falling on the ground. I am making plans now to come back again. One thing I did not like is the Ice Machine needs to be replace. Not sure if it worked, it just looked to rusty for me. Just my opinion. Most of all, I was well rested after leaving Rest and Relax Inn. The maintenance guy Mr. HARVEY made our stay relaxing by changing one of the room locks on the door for us with no question ask. Mr. HARVEY was extremely friendly and the 3 days we were there he always said Good Morning anything you need, is everything ok. Well Done Mr. HARVEY. We will visit again soon.

No amenities, the beds were not queen sized, they were only full sized. Rust and drywall debris all over the room.

They only gave me half of my deposit back because their towels were dirty? Which they were only dirty because their floors were just that filthy we cleaned up pool water from the kids suites and that’s what had come up off the floor and I had to pay for it? You should tell customers to bring their own towels if they have to pay a whole lot more then the towel was even worth mind their towels are very cheap thin small towels and they only gave me 2 full size towels with the room! Just taking whatever money they can from people which is a very ugly way to be!

The person In the morning was very impolite. Then they tried to charge me again saying my card was declined and I have proof that they took it out of my account. When I went to ask about things the girl was rude. Won't be going back. As we went to leave there was cops on the parking lot. It did not make me feel safe there at all.

There were people working there that were hanging out with and talking to homeless people who had taken up residence in the parking lot and i didnt feel safe going to my room. There were couples loudly fighting. My room lost power to half of it the last day of my stay. I never felt less safe at a hotel.
