Worst quality property I've ever stayed in. The name "Quality" inn is a misrepresentation of what the property is. I would take this chain off of Expedia.

The breakfast was delicious and super convenient, especially since we were going to the beach right after. The rooms were very nice, I was able to control how cold i wanted my room which was so nice. Hot hot water in the shower. Bathroom was very clean. Overall a great experience.

There was so much grunge on the floor I ruined a pair of socks. No refrigerator, no chair. Lamps weren’t plugged in and were missing light bulbs. No fan cover for the bathroom. No smoke detector cover. No remote for the tv. Mold under the exposed baseboards by the air conditioner. Staff was super friendly. Bed was clean. No bugs.

There was mold covering the ceiling and part of the paint was falling off. The room smelled like mildew. It didn’t look or feel like it was cleaned at all. The sheets and pillows had stains on them. The bathroom was so small and falling apart. The shower was moldy and had cracks/chips in it and the faucet wasn’t even attached to the wall fully. I was scared to used the water because of how disgusting the over head faucet looked. Even the service at the hotel was awful. At one point the was no staff at the front desk for over 30 minutes and the breakfast that was advertised wasn’t worth anything. There were signs all over saying if any food left the breakfast room (literally an office cubicle or old storage room) you’d be fined. Which is fine but there was minimal options and it all looked cold and unsanitary. I have never stayed at a more unsafe and disgusting hotel.

The picture display on the internet is different from in person. The room we stayed in the door didn't lock, the bathroom area ceiling had mold.The carpet in the hallway smells. On the plus side the bedding was clean and the bed was ok. Overall the property need maintenance.
