Staff were EXCELLENT. But limited amenities - no clock, no phone, coffee pot didn't work, One little bottle of shampoo and lotion, Bring your own!

An amazing location. We could walk everywhere. The staff was wonderful. The cookies were delicious. The building quaint and charming but needs some attention. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, and loved the rooms decor. Had a nostalgic and old world feel in the heart of DT Pensacola. Not to mention the fresh baked cookies!

It's a beautiful facility and has been part of that area for a long time.
My only complaint was there were no vending machines on the property.

What a great historic hotel. No elevator but easy to maneuver. The staff was delightful!!
