The hotel, gardens and location were superb, as was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reason that this was not a 5 star review was due to the fact that the evening meal was both average and expensive - as were the bar prices. £22 for a glass of Rose and a rum and coke are central London prices, which was disappointing. The breakfast was fine.

EV chargers not working, comfortable room
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe booked because the listing indicates EV Chargers available, when we got there the chargers had not been ‘wired in’ according to the receptionist. This was disappointing. The lounge was comfortable and we ate in there. Joseph was attentive to our needs, friendly and gave us some really fab recommendations for the area. For the property itself, generally we would say the lounge furniture needs upholstering and a degree of modernisation throughout the public areas would really lift the place. Comfortable bedroom, quiet location.
