Old building but not maintain wel
Need new paint outside and inside the room too.
Told then to refill the liquid soap but it never happen

I like the hotel because of strategic place it is located at. We did not get the room that we expected and the there were no channels / broadcast on tv

Posted 27 Oct 2019 on HotelsI had booked this hotel, due to location near Gleneagles, and price... and I must say, you get what you pay for, a little more and you get so much more in Georgetown.
This hotel have seen better days, I took like forever to check in.. even only me in to check in. The room was ground floor, old style, but okay and clean. The TV signal was not working, also many issues with the Wifi, and when ask in the front desk, no answer or solution when it will be fixed.
Next time in Penang, I will find other hotel for my stay.
