As described. Breakfast was on par for the price of the room and had options. Would stay here again.

Service was horrible! Pool was out of service and miraculously fixed when we left. Very disappointed

I am sorry that you were not able to enjoy the pool . We unfortunately have to close time to time due to the chemistry being off . We try our best to keep things running smoothly .

Very noisy bed, pool was under service and were unable to swim, no room service able to be charged to and unable to be delivered because we used a 3rd party booking site.

I apologize the pool was out of service . We try our best to make sure that it is running again as soon as possible. Room service is available when the restaurant is open . If a third party prepaid then you need to leave a credit card for incidentals to be able to charge to the room . I am sorry if that was not completely explained to you .
