Hotel has definitely dropped it standards when it comes to maintenance and updates. 1990 decor. Amenities are mostly broken like ice machine, pool table and most of the outer doors. The pool is nice and open late. The staff is also

In basement and not aware that is what I requested. I never saw anything explaining the location

When selecting a room type there is a title for it at the top "standard queen stair access" for example. Then in the description it will state on the lower level by stair access only.
