A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty.

Stay was great. Watch out when you eat outside of the resort. I got food poisoning.

Posted 24 Apr 2016 on HotelsIt was a cool , comfortable,safe and pleasant stay.Staff very cordial.check in was a breeze.pool was clean,though baby pool was small.Food was decent.Breakfast,evening tea with snacks at pool side was fantabulous. overall great experience at affordable prices.

WALKED MILES UPSTAIRS TO GET TO OUR ROOM
Posted 9 Dec 2015Friendly staff on arrival, their english isn't so great but you get by. There was a looong walk to our room, up multiple stairs and far away from the restaurant and pool, which was unfortunate. The room was spacious with a good sized balcony.

A boredom stay at Abad Green Forest
Posted 21 Jan 2015 on HotelsThe welcome is not so bad but room service has to improve a lot. Asked for bedroll at 7pm but it was put on 9-30pm. Food is ok but service to improve.

Awesome Hotel
Posted 23 Sep 2014It was really a nice hotel very close to the city center, periyar wildlife sanctuary and lake..... and the staff was very helpful for the information which i needed they really helped me with that..... lot of places to visit there. So plan accordingly..... 2 nights is just not enough..... Places to visit, Parunthum para, ramakalmedu, idukki dam etc etc....
