Far from a 5* category brand in Bali. Average staff and average breakfast buffet. Better brands to stay at by far.

The property is stunning with beautiful gardens, the staff are exceptional. The pool is really big and the perfect depth to relax. There is a bar or club close to the hotel which you can hear the music. Turndowns weren’t done every night. Kids above us jumping and screaming at all times of the day made the stay unpleasant.

Very fancy! This is the crown towers of bali, feels like im staying at a factory hotl in dubai but its in bali, love the layout here and its nice and quiet not many people around which is great
