Henry at checkin and checkout was incompetent- ended up billing me twice for this stay, said he couldn’t fix it, had to call tomorrow. Didn’t get the type of room we had reserved, didn’t phase Henry. Ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa, didn’t have any pillows or blankets. Almost all people who stayed here from this wedding had issues… no hot water in multiple rooms was another issue

When I walked in to the room you can tell the bed had been layed/sat on, the key from the previous customer was still on the dresser. and the worst, I had to wait almost 5 minutes just to get the water warm enought to take a shower!
