Nice location. Old building. Quaint decor. Fruit flies in the kitchen. Loud air conditioning. Would stay again.

This property is run down. The room did not have a smoke detector. The Vyve internet box was dangling from the tv mount. Had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. They don’t have anybody at a desk or anything. You walk in the hallway where all the old apartment rooms are, open an old-school desk lid and grab out your envelope with your name and room number on it. Then you open the envelope to find an old spoon with a key attached to it. Very few plug ins. Window a/c.

It was everything we needed and wanted for a short weekend away from home. Very enjoyable.

It’s like stepping back in time when life was easy and life was simple. Reminded me of going to grandmas for a visit. I would not recommend this for the millennials or younger generations because you’re too critical of the simple life. Check in was easier than the big chain hotels. Will stay here again.
