It was 104 degrees outside and the lobby didn’t even have an A/C on. The rooms smell like weed. The door lock was broken. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. It took until 9pm to get the room cooled off. What a joke. They should have paid me 80 bucks to stay here.

We got there at about 8pm on a record heat day after driving all day. We walked into the room and it was at least 100°. We turned on the a/c full blast and it took until almost 3am to be cool enough to attempt to get any sleep. Since i had a non refundable reservation, they could have been considerate enough to turn on the a/c prior to our arrival since it was paid anyway. I'll never stay at this location or any of their locations again. Shower sucked and bathroom was sticky.

Poor customer service

Front entrance wasn’t marked. In fact I couldn’t find the front door. When I did, I was unable to access the main lobby, the door was locked and it was 4pm. A man appeared behind a plexiglass partition. He didn’t greet me and was expressionless. The area I was standing in was an enclosed very small area with no ventilation and the temperature outside was 100 degrees. He checked me in and pointed towards my room. Never once did he say thank you or explain anything about the layout of the motel. I asked why I couldn’t access the lobby and did he realize how hot it was where I had to check in?? He said it was due to Covid and I was to leave my keys in the room when I checked out.

Nothing was nice about this place . Could not get extra towels and room was not worth what it cost
