Being a Taj Hotels property Vivanta Hindgewadi left much to be longed for. This hotel fell behind on presentation and quality. Service was hit and miss at the buffet breakfast. When I gave this feedback in person the response was "this is a business hotel" - which it may be, but that shouldn't define the quality of services at the hotel. As usual in India, front desk staff and the porters were excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful. I would recommend that the hotel invests more in staff and quality (like, put in new carpets as the current ones are cheap) to make this a proper carrier of the name Taj.

The property as i understand from the concierge service is part of a larger property that consists of a mall Xion and a super market DMART. As such Uber does not recognize it and comes to the wrong location. One has to call the uber driver to tell him to enter the hotel entrance which is not easily visible. Even the name of the Hotel is displayed behind bushes.

Good location, amazing staff

The hotel is well located in Phase 1 but is easy to miss the entrance because there are no signs beforehand. I would suggest having a small sign befote the entry so people don't miss the gate. Apart from this the service was great, the security, reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was good but just feel the screen size is not proportional to the room size (very small and difficult to see from the bed) I want to give a special shoutout to Pranav from Asian Harbour and Dev from Vandaag since both of them are really nice and make the guest experience super. Pranav was very attentive and Dev was really honest with his recommendation and showed genuine care. Chaitanya and Anishka from the front office were also amazing and made the check in and out a very smooth and happy process. They also offered me a coffee/tea and packed breakfast because i could not have time for breakfast. That was very kind of them. You have great staff, and I will surely recommend this property to others as well.

Due to metro construction, the area has huge traffic. No taxi wants to come to the place
