Excellent hospitality and delicious food. It was a rule (offering from the hotel) to not tip anyone, and it was a welcome change - quality service with no attached ($)expectations!

Star rating for this hotel is misleading. It’s nowhere comparable to any of the 5-star hotels like Conrad, Sheraton, or Westin. Rooms are small, towels are not that white, restaurants are unpleasant. Pros Location by the highway is good Food quality was good and the service was fast. Bed was not that great but they put foam mattress on top and made it much better Cons Overall feel of the place is kind of dingy Towels are worn and old Restaurant by the pool has weird green lighting. Feels like a cheap bar. Room doors don’t have door closers Rooms are very small and bathrooms are small too.

Very rigid hotel and team! We booked about 45 rooms nights for 5-6 rooms for over a week each. Requested for early checkin for 1 room of all rooms - but the hotel did not want to offer. Requested for upgrade of 1 room for 1 night only - the hotel did not offer. Generally hotel accomodates the possible request but this hotel completely declined for every request made. We had to pay charges for a few hours of early check in. Very very rigid hotel.

We had booked about 40-45 room nights combined for about 4-5 rooms and has 2 special requested to be accommodated. First request was accommodating an early check in for 1 room and upgrade of 1 room for 1 night. Both were declined by the hotel; they hotel asked to pay for whole night for confirmed early check in at 8:00 AM.
