Excellent hotel with awesome room. I had a relaxed stay except the noise from the wedding band. The breakfast even though was not included in my booking, was good. Overall it was a good two night stay!

The hotel is excellent if you have to be in Hinjewadi or nearby areas. The room size is good, hotel vibe is fresh, the staff is excellent as expected and the buffet has enough variety. All in all, recommended for the individual as well as family. The shower room has a design flaw where the main shower head is located too close to the wall and it restricts movement as one has to be very close due to the short length of overhead pipe. And Sakshi puts too much oil in the eggs :) Nitpicking aside, it’s a good place for the money

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to install dehumidifiers. There is a STRONG mildew odor that hits you in the face when you walk into the hotel room. This smell is so pervasive that it was unpleasant to stay in the room. Upon returning home, I've had to clean wash all the belongings that I had with me, including electronic, because they also smelled of mildew very strongly. I have several articles of clothing that after being washed twice, still smell badly. The conditions in this hotel are unhealthy. When I complained of this to the staff, they tried to rectify it by placing an air purifier in my room. It did not help. Avoid this hotel unless you like mildew.

Had terrible experience. Will NOT suggest anyone to stay here bcoz of following reasons Approach road - very bad. Lonely area. Don’t feel safe Checkin time -30 mins. After escalating. Breakfast-a) during checkin was informed timings are 6-11:30 but in reality they told its only 11. B) table given with cutlery, napkin towel. For each thing had to request and see weird reaction from staff C) ask for 3 towels, gave us 2 D) breakfast food quality- not upto 5 star standard. Ordered waffle.. served without cream. Famous Maharashtrian food misal paval served without all ingredients eg lemon, onions , mixture. Dosa was served with pinch of chutneys. Hotel staff .. inexperienced, not approachable, for any request have to give reminders, smile - looks like it is gone with wind E) 11 o’clock received prompt call for checkout by noon or else will be charged. Called staff By noon to help us on checked procedures. No one turned up for 30 mins. Had to personally take all my luggage and proceed for CAB.

pros - breakfast service amszing Rimi & team are great cons - 50 % of towels smell like wet towels noisy weddings on site thst you cannot even have a conversation in your own room over 10 days stay they cannot even stock basic iyems like pepsi charged Rs 8000 for SUV but instead provided basic car with no reduced price for service and was already late by 20 mins toilets need to be flushed multiple times to flush properly will never stay at any raddison hotels again
