Terrible experience at lemon tree

I stayed for 2 days with my parents and room given to us at the time of check in was single room with one bed and they put one extra bed leaving room with no space to walk. I had to request the receptionist for room change and they in return they mentioned it’s all they have. After talking to manager they changed the room. I had a terrible experience with room service. I ordered food and after taking the order they came back by saying they can accommodate only partial order. Food came cold and uncooked. Manager asked me that I can remove the entire order off my bill and can order something complimentary. At the time of checkout I was charged for that amount. I had to again ask them to remove that. In my opinion do not book this place. Common restrooms are very dirty and buffet has very limited options

Everybody from reception to the restaurant staff were great especially Ana the maid at the 2nd Floor!!!
