Took 20 minutes for them to open the door at night for us to get in its supposed to be open 24 hrs but they close the door and you ring a bell took us ringing and calling multiple times i was about to look for another hotel to stay the night. Other than that it was amazing

Friends had recently stayed at Hotel Pueblo Magico and highly recommended it. It was charming, quiet and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Good but could be better
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe staff was great the location was great but wifi was HORRIBLE the whole stay. Even after the front desk tried to reset the router. And we weren’t the only ones that had a problem. You could see guest walking around trying to find a signal

Wonderful stay ... comfortable beds, lots of available water, complimentary snacks and coffee, beautiful common area, even a warm fire in the morning!

Beautiful colonial building. Very friendly staff. Drinking water, coffee, tea & cookies offered throughout the day & evening. Walking distance from Plaza.

This hotel truly is "magical". The attention to the needs of the guests and the decor in this converted hacienda is amazing.

Loved the two chairs in the room. Loved the cookies & coffee available at all times. Very nice Hotel. Would recommend it.
