Only negative is only 3 elevators for 27 floors and over 1000 rooms. So stay on a low floor hahaha

The unique thing about the property is that it is in central Pattaya. The things I did not like or that were not up to international standards are as follows. 1. Bathroom floor tile was loose and made noice when you stepped on it. 2. TV did not work properly, had to get someone to come and fix it. 3. Room was dirty and when the cleaners cleaned it I had to still call and have it cleaned again. The dust caused me to have sinus problems. 4. The desk was kind enough to meet me at early morning hour to checkin. However the other host were not friendly and seemed to "be bothered" by my request for service. 5. Filipina lady at counter was not pleasant and was quite matter of factly with customers. I would not recommend this particular property management company for this facility. I have stayed here two previous times with great service but not at this VTsix company. We had to move rooms 3 times. 1st time AC was very loud, 2nd room offered was no sea view as I paid for sea view. 3rd room was no view and I was charged 300. THB extra per day for no view!!! I would recommend Honey as the best property manager here.

Sir,Your reserved Studio Economy room (the basic non-sea-view room). And you reserved the room in a high demand peak period and paid a higher price. The higher category VIP Sea view room is available at a lower rate than your booked rate during the off-peak period. I understand your frustration for paying a higher rate.Your booking with honey was during off-peak period for a sea view room at a lower rate.Please compare similar room during same period to arrive at a fair conclusion.I do have Smart TV in every room with youtube and Netflix.You upgraded the room to Studio VIP Low Floor level 5 by paying an additional 300 Baht. You did NOT choose the Sea view room. You get what you paid Sir.Anyway, thanks for staying with us.

Nice place, pleasant staff, poor shower pressure.

Shower pressure on the hot side was pathetic. If you didn’t mind a cool or cold shower, the pressure was good. Was told they couldn’t get a plumber for over a week. Wouldn’t have done anything anyways. It sees to be more of a building pressure pump issue I feel. One of the insanely small elevators wasn’t working, leaving long waits for travel up/down. Very busy building and two 6-8 person elevators couldn’t keep up.

Always a pleasure staying here with this company. Reception is great and tends to your needs well. Definitely recommend for your next stay. Central to everything and has plenty of shops and stores right downstairs for items you may need.

We had people in apartment next door and they kept us up most nights Cleaners not the best either

I am sorry to know about the neighbor. We have a policy to warn the noisy occupants and disconnect their electric if continue to be noisy.If informed at the reception, we definitely do take action. Also, for any housekeeping help, you can always inform the reception and they will do the needful. kha.
