Posted 26 Jan 2018 on HotelsWell I actually checked out one day early a few of my reasons for this was was awakened at 5am with noise from other guests using the hotel as a knocking shop.
Secondly around 7am fanced a coffee try to get kettle to work but was faulty so I asked reception if they could replace the kettle they said not until 9am so quick calculation two hour wait come 9am know one came so called reception again at 9.20am someone came so I thought he would replace kettle straight away no such luck lol.
Also trim on wall socket fell of exposing screws from behind would of been so easy for a child to get electrical shock from this.
Also was no spoons to stir my coffee with but I didn't get a coffee in the first place oh yes nearly forgot asked for quite room on high floor from the beginning they said maybe tomorrow the second night.
And remember this hotel is in residential area so can be noise be warned

Posted 4 Jul 2017 on HotelsI've stayed a few times here. This hotel could easily get 5 stars from me but I am upset with some management shortcomings. Let's start with the positive. The rooms are big, nicely furnished, good condition, there is a swimming pool. But the negative: The aircon is the noisiest I've ever had in Thailand. Impossible to sleep with the aircon turned on. In the hot season I will avoid this hotel. The pool isn't regularly cleaned, the seating facility around it is very very poor. Wifi is as bad as ever (difficult to get a connection that lasts more than 10 minutes). Basic maintenance is lacking everywhere, their "new" fitness corner is totally useless with most equipment out of order, the breakfast room they once had when they first opened the hotel has long closed...
I just have the impression that they don't care.
Sad. They could be great.

No Effective WiFi
Posted 1 Feb 2017 on HotelsWI-FI, according to long term tenants has been broken and un-repaired for well over three months. The front desk is always saying repair is coming - the truth is the system is at lest 8 years old, outdated and cannot hold a connection for more than 3 minutes. Further the speed is 512MB; that is not a typo..... 512MB which is proof of antiquated system.
Hotel refuses to invest an fix the problem.
