Easy check-in and Checkout. Room are really huge. Bathroom are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet its awesome.

My first time to have stayed at this unbelievably bad condition of hotel and provided services. - Wi-fi did not work properly for 2 whole days during my stay. - Incredibly old bed mattress, spring sound there when sit/lie down. - Mold everywhere like bathtub, wash area, wall etc. at toilet. - Wall mounted power-outlet came out. - Did not refurnish towels and water after housekeeping service while they did not forget to take tips by me on the bed.

Not the best choice

The breakfast was terrible. The staff was rude. Only the man in front of the elevator was very kind. The pool is small. The room is big and the bed is conformable.

Disappointing

There were lots of staff “working”, but pointless!!! I only stayed 2 nights, they didn’t clean our room, when I came to complain and ask for fresh towels they were surprised and ask “don’t you have towels” I said I’d like fresh ones and toiletries and water. They fixed everything - they came and cleaned right away. The tub was leaking.. water gone everywhere on the floor. Then internet was broken, so no WiFi. Also some lights had burnt out bulbs.

1st of all the hotel takes a cut from the taxi service that Spring them to you. And when you leave. Water is charged double from nearby store. The electricity in the Room ruined my newer razor. The overall place looks good and the setting is beautiful, but this place is a cash cow. I realize my Room was only $57 but hair on the floor mold in the bathroom and bugs don't make it worth it. The food was not good either so what good is a free breakfast. I do appreciate the attempt to even have some American food, but it was poor at best. It is a good thing I came alone. It was hilarious that they have to check your room before you check out. No hotel has ever done that before. They have a nice pool but they charge and have very limited hours only 9-6. The TV had limited channels. The sad thing is this place could be very good but several details are not being met. No more Pattaya for me.
