NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm. The “beach” is a dirty short strip of beach. You could walk the entire length in less than 3 mins. The hotel overall is old and cobwebs every corner. The staff are not helpful at all. Several times I had to struggle set up the beach umbrella myself while 5 staff members watched me from the bar. The second night at around 11pm, while my senior parents were asleep - they woke to a banging on their room door with someone yelling “open the door” several times. Once opened, a hotel staff started yelling at my parents saying they are in the wrong room. After a few minutes my father checked the room number they were looking for and THEY were on the wrong floor!! After complaining to the front desk, nothing was done. NEVER staying here again and would NOT recommend this resort to anyone.

Not 5 star hotel, not as my expectation.

Not as expected for 5 star hotel. It was clean but not like 5 star. It is old they need to take care of the rooms give a color take care of the wood. My girlfriend used hair condition and she said it was horrible. I saw the rating is low, I saw people complaining about service, for me service was okay. Main thing was the room that I didn’t like at all the room I booked looked like it has garden view but the picture is misleading they have garden stickers on the windows and a railing inside the room and no balcony. And when I open the window I see pole for electric wires. So right away I went to lobby and upgraded both my rooms 600 baht per room. Pullman was same price if plus 600 next time I stay there. The Seaview room (upgraded room) was nice but still the condition of the room not satisfying for a 5 star hotel also the conditioner was horrible. But the view for the new room was nice and the facilities are okay and they have a private beach too. Mainly I would say my problem was the room that was not maintained well enough. And the garden view that is not garden view.

An excellent choice

Although I was here on my own this hotel appears excellent for families, with children happily building sandcastles on the small sandy beach. I appreciated the choice of sunbathing by the sea or by the pool. I was happy to be outside of the main Pattaya centre and liked being in a family-friendly resort. There are lots of nice touches - from the free drink when you arrive to the cookies provided in the room. The level of service is high and I would happily come here again!
