Overall good but three things need to be addressed.
1. Get new towels. Full stop. Your towels are old and falling apart with strings unraveling at the edges.
2. Air-conditioning maintenence needed. Living room area was hot. I asked the front desk to take a look and was told that if you set the temp below 22, ice forms in the unit. Yes, I know that. Ice forms because you have dirty coils, coolant leak or any number of reasons. I sucked it up and stayed in the bedroom most of the time.
3. Hot water was intermittent or non existent. Again, maintenance needed on the property.
This place was great a few years ago. I would like to see it return to its former glory.

Have stayed at Nova Suites several time and it does not fail to provide. On 3rd street so in quite area but only a 5/10 min walk to beach road. Easy access to every location. Rooms are basically condo apartments very large and spacious. Free parking and plenty of locate bike taxis and food and 7/11 near by.

This property is not on the main drag so it’s quieter but still only 12-15 minutes walk to the beach. The suites are large with a full complement of appliances, including a washer/dryer. The bathroom was nicely appointed and I thought overall this was a fairly priced option.

Reserving a 2 bedrooms unit so we can stay together but upon checking in, we were informed that the air-conditioning was not working. So we ended with 2 separate room. In my room, the bathroom door could not be open. They were trying to open it with different tools, pushing it for over half an hour, making so much noise. Finally I called the front desk and demanded a new room. We were tired and needed to rest. There were many things I was not impressed. The front desk staffs were very nice but I probably will not go back.

Good breakfast buffet, wish they had smart TV’s in the room though, there was limited cable channels, but nice big clean room, I will probably stay again.

Large apartment style central pattaya
Posted 15 Jan 2024 on HotelsApartment style hotel. Large 2 room in the luxury suite. Price is comparable to others in this “NOVA” area. The luxury siite had netflix and washibg maxhine which made the stay really enjoyable. Theyve made some small incremental ipgrades but the internet on the outer wings is still leas than acceptable. I has to hail the laptop downstairs to send emails in the middle of the night. Even my “local” hot spot didnt work.
