Walking distance to areas of interest. Rooms are well maintained and sufficient amenities are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel is a little aged but comfortable. Beds could be a little softer and thicker blanket should be provided as it was cold even when the air-con was set to 25 Deg C

Great location and nice pool area.

The location really worked for me. Ten minutes walk to the action at the bars and also to the ferry pier. Close enough but also relatively calm. Seemed to be able to accommodate a variety of needs: families with children, romantic couples and guys there to party.

Location just put of town. . up a hill right next to main road and overpass....rooms small but they are clean with adequate amenities . promotional price is excellent value.

Pleasant Budget Hotel

Pros: The Location is fantastic. Very Quite and pleasant place. I like the swimming pool area a lot.

Cons: Room condition was average not too much to talk about. I didn't like the lighting in the room.

Location: Go to Big Buddha Statue which is very close to this place and walking street.

I am happy to choose this place for my stay. This is Very Good considering the price.

One thing you must take note, hotel showed breakfast is included in room price but when booking was finished, it has just confirmed Room only, breakfast was not included....
