The hotel is good , but we did not get free upgrades we received 200 bhat food voucher

First of all about the upgrade If the hotel have enough room hotel will update on expedia system to let the customer know that you will get upgrade as this case the hotel havn't do on the system as because our room are full. However, Our as your booking was deluxe room type and our highest type is deluxe so I don't know how can I upgrade the room for you. We are sorry about that.

Posted 17 Aug 2022 on HotelsReally awesome - hotel staff are one of the most the friendliest and most helpful you will find in any hotel, great value and quiet location off the main road, next to 24hour foodland. Would be my first choice at the price point for the area and use Grab to get around
