Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.

Great location. Clean Ribs could use a little upgrading but I'd definitely stay there again

I was unhappy with the room I was booked into because I felt dizzy about the height. The staff checked me into a definite upgrade at no extra charge.

I have so much appreciation for the upgrade. I was alone but ended up in a family suit with a huge living room and two bedrooms. everything couldn't have gone better for my stay.

The breakfast food buffet is very limited and poor quality. For example, serving hot dog weiners and cold cut meats as breakfast food. Very little western breakfast food and often food supposed to be served hot was cold. Breakfast food was mostly lunch food. This resort should be avoided simply due to the poor breakfast buffet. Also, the gym/workout room was unusable beyond a few minutes due to having no air conditioning.
