Although the safe in my room was faulty at first, but the technician was able to fix it within an hour. The location is good and is near the beach within 5-10min walk.

The property itself is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and very friendly - always smiling, saying “hello” and welcoming. The breakfast was varied with some good choices everyday and the pool was fun to play in after a day of exploring.
You can’t ask for a better hotel and staff while on vacation with your family.
The big surprise of the trip was Pattaya itself. The beach is gross - garbage all over, boats docked everywhere - we didn’t dare go in the water. Very sad to see as it must have been amazing at one time.
Then there is the sex tourism, alcohol and drugs… This blindsided us. The town is full of it. Do your research before travelling and understand what you’re coming to see/do. We spent most days outside of Pattaya at Koh Larn and the waterpark (both beautiful) or staying at the resort.
The hotel and staff are great but the city isn’t what we though it would be for a family touring Thailand.

For the regular price of thr room this hotel is really good. If theres a sale, dont sleep on it, I recommend. Close to everything but far from the noise.

Nice pool and lounging area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Can be noisy at night from other guest in the corridor. The location around the hotel is also difficult to walk.
