Stay At Your Own Risk. Worst Resort Stay Ever

So many things are wrong with this resort. Firstly, the resort location is wrongly placed in GPS. I had to walk uphill all the way from Naban Pier for 1.5km just to realise that the GPS resort location was wrong. The resort is much further away They overcharge for prices. Tried to charge extra 200b per night for a child (total 3 pax) but the online listing already stated clearly that the room was for 3 pax. Plus I observed many thai families with 3-4 children sharing one room, and their thai room rate is much cheaper. Double standard, double pricing. As I approached the staff about this, they were not happy about this and thus gave me a corner room far away from the swimming pool. Wifi is extremely slow and weak. There is a double standard when it comes to wifi. Foreigners are only allowed to use the 2.4G slow wifi while the ones who paid extra/or are local thai get to use the super fast 5G wifi. False advertising. In the listings on multiple online hotel sites, I was misled to think that it was a poolside room. The room appointed to me was far away from the pool. There is a KTV/karaoke club right beside the resort. There is loud music and noisy singing that starts from 8pm to 2am every night. Unable to get any sleep. This is the worst of all. The resort has a huge mosquito infestation. I woke up to at least 12 itchy mosquito bites

ห้องพักสะอาดดีค่ะ สมชื่อ แต่... 1. ราวผ้าม่านระหว่างห้อง หัก เอาแค่เทปใสมาพันๆไว้ 2. ราวผ้าม่านหน้าต่างหลุด 3. เราว่า ควรมีแก้วน้ำในห้องนะคะ 4. ผ้าห่ม กับผ้าปูของเตียงเสริม เลอะค่ะ 5. กลอนของประตูห้องน้ำชำรุดค่ะ ทั้งนี้ อยากให้ปรับปรุงนะคะ เห็นรูปแล้วอยากไปนะคะ แต่พอไปแล้ว แอบผิดหวังไปเยอะเลยค่ะ

พรักงานบริการดีค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำน่าเล่นมาก แต่ไม่ชอบขนมปังในอาหารเช้า น่าจะมีอยมให้เลือกมาเอง

Prijs kwaliteit ook maar helaas was bed Thaise stijl haha betonhard en airco fan niet ok.
