This was one of our best Experience very clean, staff, very professional food was excellent. The hospitality was just on amazing highly recommend it.

We did not stay as the rating and photos were totally misleading. The road to get there is badly maintained; the place has NO resemblance to the photos. Dowdy, inconvenient, depressing. I think the comments and consequent rating must be fake. We went to a very modest hotel—actually a sort of truck stop hotel—and were happy we did!

There are no comments for your words, I am not even going to reply to your false accusations since I believe the over 500 reviews from guests from all over the world on all platforms speak for the level of care we provide to our guests and for the love we put in our historical, ancient and beautiful dimora, but above all I have no words for your rude behavior.You mistook my kindness for naivety: I made myself available to cancel the reservation without a penalty (which is something I offered doing out of kindness) IF you quickly canceled the reservation on the platform so that the room could become available again for other potential guests, and you didn't do it despite telling me you would have, thus damaging my and my colleagues' business.I did everything possible to give you the best care for your needs despite it was not my duty, even suggesting your needs might have been better satisfied elsewhere and offering letting you leave for free without paying a penalty, and now I believe your actions speak for the kind of person you are.

Very nice villa overlooking the region. Great hostess. The only thing to note is that the villa is not easy to find! A couple of small signs on the road up to the villa would help. Great stay.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! If you are looking for an authentic way to experience la dolce vita then this should definitely be added to your itinerary . Charming restored villa with kind host!

Loved our stay! Very pleasant staff, checked in late around midnight and they waited there just for us. (Though they mentioned they usually don't do late check in).
Super cool premises, classical Italian countryside manor. Decor was very authentic Italian feel, music playing downstairs in the house. Felt like going back in time, and such a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of Napoli/Rome. Breakfast was fresh toast and homemade fruit preserves, cheese, couple options of fruit juice and coffee. Fresh fruit from trees on the property. Delicious!!! Pool on site is very nice too. The owner of the property is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway! Love the mountain views and peace and quiet. I hope to return soon!

Truly lovely countryside hotel! We were late arrivals and they were very accommodating and welcoming. I felt very cared for. The rooms are very clean, beds super comfortable and place was quiet for great sleep. Well appointed! Will definitely return!
