The staff are very kind. The room was clean but the corridors needed cleaning. Considering there were not many guests this shouldn’t have been An issue. The location of the hotel is perfect and the pool area on the roof has been improved and a nice place to enjoy the sun. If there is a deal it is worth it.

They will robb you

Awful? The pictures are 100% false. The service is terrible. My friends money got robbed in this hotel, and when we complained they blamed us over the two beers we drank. Customer service was crap, absolutley no towels. As we were checking out, they wantes to charge another family for missing towels, which they stated they never took. I would never recommend this place. I travel around the world, and thus far this has been my worst experiance ever.

Lovely stay

Great place to stay if you want to be across the road from beach, shops, laundry, eateries. Very central to everything. They have a renovated pool area with nice new sun loungers and bean bags to relax on. Be aware there is no pool ladder to get in or out of pool so if you have mobility problem this maybe an issue. Air con excellent and being on fourth floor it was very quiet.

Like the property you can walk to the beach dislike we sat down at bar no one ask us what we want or need we sat there about 15 minutes they wasn’t busy guy just clean the glass he doesn’t even ask us or try get some one help us so we leave when over across the street get our drink and food

I was very disappointed in the staff service and reception staff were extremely rude to me as a guest.

I loved the air condition room. My room was spacious and it smelled lovely. Their breakfast provided seemed great even though I didn’t get to eat there. The reception area and the bathroom downstairs need more work. It smelled terrible like drainage.

The location was not bad. You crossed the street to the beach. The WiFi was terrible you had to keep signing in about every 3 minutes. The Crystal tour co located in the lobby and main office next door was great. I would recommend them highly.
