The shower in the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of also to deep every thing else was very good

The location is amazing and convenient, has massage service in house which is cheaper and better than others in town.
Food in the hotels restaurant is 5 times better than holiday inn down the road.
The rooms are spacious and the the beds are comfortable, plus the rooms have a bath tub which i loved as i soak and relax after a long days of walking and sightseeing.
The the customer service is awesome...

The Patong Resort is the very first resort I stayed in, in Thailand approximately 20 years ago. As soon as I walk into that magnificent lobby, I feel at home in Thailand. I love the place💕

Central location to everything. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are a little bit outdated. Bathroom had a funny smell from the drains some days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall would return.
