The holiday inn express was a great place to stay, overall it was quiet though there was some noise at night with some construction nearby. The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. For the price that we paid which was very reasonable, we felt that the accommodation was excellent. Would recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in Patong.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service/cleaning was done on daily basis. Laundry was easily available at hotel

Great location. Room good size, clean, balcony with Great view, bed comfy. Ac good, WiFi fast. Check in smooth, no welcome drink, not a big deal. Pool small and not enough lounges for amount of rooms. Breakfast nothing special, not many options. Again not enough tables in restaurant for breakfast rush. Staff ok. Housekeeping do basic, sometimes they don't clean your ashtray

Large room, comfortable bed, pool area was relaxing and steps away from Patong Beach and many restaurants.
