Service staff kept forgetting towels and toilet paper, sometimes they would not even clean the room. The floor tiles lifted in the room and we were not given another room.

SMELLS LIKE FISH AND MOLD. It’s located infront if a fish market. Slept under my blanket all night. Moved to a different hotel.

Great staff. Very pleasant and helpful. Would have preferred a bar on the ground floor instead of the eighth but thats my preference. Would stay there again.

Ok 2 to 3 star hotel. Showing alot of wear and tear. My rooms air con vibrated very noisy. Staff came to repair it but it did nothing and i was left with the room. Air con duct in room woyld rattle and people had been putting toilet paper around edges to stop it. Decided to leave early.
