Staff were responsive to requests. Transportation to and from the villa was fast. Staff in the dining area were courteous and very respectful.

This hotel was gorgeous!!! Beautiful, clean. Breakfast had variety and they had halal options which is a win! The view from the room despite being partial sea vie was gorgeous!! If I was to go back to Phuket, I would definitely come back! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

The reception had beautiful lights crafted like art. The bar below reception was simply outstanding in terms of views. Room view facing the ocean was mesmerising with the sound of waves crashing soothingly.
Staff were all simply top notch, polite, professional and never fail to say hello to you.
The only little point which didn't hit the mark was the condition of rooms, definitely very livable, good heated water, superb ocean view but the outlook of room was slightly off which requires some refurbishments and much brighter lights.
Other then that its worth the money. 🙂

had to leave a £200 deposit at the hotel i wasn’t aware of this! then upon leaving they said beacuse i ate a packet of crisp& a water from the fridge they took a £100 from my deposit (i had to argue they wanted the whole £200) Thailand not cheap either SO IT WAS OKAY the hotel was OK not great 6/10 and Expedias bad reviews was overreacting they are a great travel agent i will be using them again!
