The hotel is within walking distance to major shopping centers. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby design is grand and stylish and the room is extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended for its huge number of varieties.

I went hotel on 12/5/2024 1102am( booked online for 12 to 17 may 2024), receptionist told.me.my smoking room be ready 3pm. I went at 2pm and they gave me room card , went room and noticed it was a non smoking room--- went down reception to ask why non smoking room given to me , the staff told me smoking room all full and informed me tmr will give me smoking room till 17 may 2024..i refuses and was quite mad , he immediately told me get me a smoking room in 10 mins, , i waited for 40 mins in the non smoking room, no one call to follow up with me. Indeed u professional service by a 5 room international hotel. Service was horrible , and the thai staff was all amatuer...will neber stay in tis hotel.eber again.

Did not have room ready when I arrived after check in time at 430pm. Then errorneoulsy checked me into an occupied room. Did not expect such experiences at a hotel like Intercontinental - disappointing. The hotel itself is not really child-friendly as access to the link bridge requires navigating through a few stairs and escalators. With a stroller it was not the most convenient.
