This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open.

Hi. We are extremely sorry but you arrived in 3 instead of 2 and we have tried to do our best giving you the biggest triple room with additional bed to enable each one to sleep In a separate bed . Every room is provided with anti-mosquitos set to avoid any problem. Sorry. Next time you can book an additional room

Perfect place to visit Franciacorta

Our purpose was to visit Franciacorta wine producers and see lake Iseo, and Villa Franca wa sperfectly located for this. In addition the premises were very nice and the owners very friendly and helpful

Francesca est une hôte merveilleuse et est généreuse d'informations de toutes sortes. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et Passirano se trouve près de tous les vignobles que nous voulions visiter. C'est un endroit à ne pas manquer.

Propriétaire polyglotte, très accueillante dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel. Renseignements fournis, documentation remise pour découvrir la région. Lieu de détente formidable et confortable.
