Construction was not a nice surprise. Breakfast was below average. Room was very clean and nicely updated. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location.

We were unaware that the Hotel is under construction and front lobby and hallway were taped off. The reception gal said they could only notify people booking direct. That being said I would have chosen another hotel. We had to enter registration from the side door and the drive all the way around to other side door to enter property. A bit of walking to get around. They were working on floor two doors down from our room so it was very loud and inconvenient to schlep our belongings around. Much of bottom floor is construction zone. Bed was hard and walls are thin. Very noisy and difficult to sleep when you can hear everything above and next to you. The breakfast area was very warm and plastic on floor. This was my second stay and I will not be back.

Very difficult to access from FWY; limited parking: At the time of making the reservation, would have been courteous to advice us of the Welcome Lobby was under major renovation!!

The only issue i had was that the property is in the middle of renovation and wish that had been stated before hand.

It was under total reconstruction, could not find check-in to begin with. Had to go through Laundry to get to back elevator going to room. And it was very difficult to maneuver through halls with luggage cart. Many trip hazards.

Property Was under construction they failed to notify us so we can make reservations at another hotel

This place is under renovation (a major one) and we did not know until we arrived. There is no information in the website as you make the reservation. Only after the reservation is done you will get a message about the renovation. It does not explain the extended of the work being done. Breakfast was not available when we checked out. And breakfast was one of the reasons we chided this hotel. Very disappointing.
